Iron Mountain Tactical Training presents the USCCA Home Defense Class will provide families with the basis of developing a home defense plan. The course is offered in classroom only or classroom and range time. If you are wanting to participate on the range, you must have taken a Basic Handgun class and be able to show mastery of basic skills of safe gun handling and shooting a group.

Classroom ONLY: $100

Full Course: $180

Limited registration: Min of 6 people / Max of 12 people

The classroom portion is 3hrs and the range time is 2.5hrs.

We will cover:

- Essentials to developing a personal and home protection plan

- Home security

- Fundamentals of home defense with handguns, shotguns and rifles

- Defensive shooting fundamentals

- Why avoiding conflict is key

- The legal use of Force

- Violent encounters and their aftermath

Range Portion - Sat Oct 13th 1pm-3:30pm

Semi-Automatic or Revolver / Eye protection / Ear protection - no holsters are used in this class.

150rds / using cover standing, using cover kneeling, verbal challenges, moving target, demo/discussion of Shotgun ~ AR for home defense.

The private range is located near Granite Falls, WA.

Students will receive a USCCA Concealed Carry and Home Defense Book.
